Started with a BCom from RNTU, added digital marketing training from CDA Kochin, and jumped straight into the reality of managing social media for Toyota Pro Service in Mannarkkad. That’s where theory met the real world — learning how to turn business operations into content people actually want to watch, managing accounts that needed consistent attention, and figuring out what makes audiences engage versus just scroll past.

The Journey From Curiosity To Career

Marketing has been in my blood since childhood. Always the kid asking questions — why does that billboard work? What makes people remember certain ads? How do brands grow from nothing into names everyone knows? That curiosity about the mechanics behind brand building never went away.

While other kids were just watching TV, I was studying the commercials. Walking through town, I’d notice which posters grabbed attention and which got ignored. That fascination with how brands communicate became the foundation for everything that came after.

Video editing started as pure passion during school years. Playing with footage, learning transitions, figuring out pacing — all while balancing studies. What began as a hobby became a skill set. 

The Journey From Video Editor To Digital Marketer

It started with video editing. Pure creative passion, no business plan behind it. Just me, a laptop, and hours spent teaching myself transitions, cuts, pacing, and effects during school years. While studying, I was watching tutorials. Between classes, I was experimenting with footage. Video editing wasn’t a career goal back then — it was an escape, a way to create something from nothing.

But even while lost in creative work, there was always this curiosity running parallel. Walking past billboards, I’d stop and wonder why certain ads stuck in my memory. Watching TV commercials, I’d analyze what made some forgettable and others impossible to ignore. How do brands grow? Why do people choose one product over another? What makes marketing actually work? Those questions lived in the back of my mind, even when I didn’t know they’d eventually shape my career
